Shipping & Delivery Liability Notice

Delivery Responsibility

Five Percent Capacity Apparel is committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and the carrier confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Five Percent Capacity Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery (including porch theft).
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery delays resulting from weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
  • Customs inspections, customs clearance delays, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any hold-ups imposed by customs or government authorities for international shipments.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with household members.
  • Contacting your local shipping carrier.
  • Checking with neighbors or your building management.
  • Filing a theft report with local authorities if you believe your package was stolen.

While Five Percent Capacity Apparel cannot guarantee carrier performance or assume liability once delivery has been confirmed, we will gladly assist customers by providing shipping information and supporting documentation to help resolve issues directly with the carrier whenever possible.
