- Our products are made to order using a print-on-demand partner located in the United States. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the size of the order and current production volume.
- You can select your region and preferred currency from the selector located in the website header. Prices can be displayed in either Canadian dollars (CAD) or U.S. dollars (USD).
- You may complete your purchase as a guest or create an account to save your information for a faster checkout experience on future orders.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- Once production is complete, shipping generally takes approximately 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and whether the order is being delivered within Canada or the United States.
- You will receive an order confirmation after your payment has been successfully processed. A separate shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. To follow your delivery, select Track Your Order in the website footer and enter the tracking number provided.
